Chill Lab Online Store Operations and Delivery Arrangements During Adverse Weather Conditions
Our online store will remain operational as usual during Yellow/Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings or when Strong Wind Signal No. 3, No. 8, or No. 10 is in effect. Customers may continue to shop for various products on our platform.
Delivery Arrangements During Adverse Weather:
1. Yellow/Red Rainstorm Warning or Strong Wind Signal No. 3
All delivery services will operate as usual under Yellow/Red Rainstorm Warnings or Strong Wind Signal No. 3.
However, delivery times by SF Express and “送餸車” may be delayed due to weather conditions. Please wait patiently for updates from the SF Express or “送餸車” drivers.
If the situation does not allow delivery on the scheduled day, we will notify affected customers via message.
2. Black Rainstorm Warning
If the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during business hours, all delivery services will be suspended.
If the Black Rainstorm Warning is already in effect before business hours begin, all delivery services will also be suspended and will resume within two hours after the warning is lifted.
If less than five hours of business time remain upon the lifting of the warning, all delivery services for the day will remain suspended.
Example:
If the Black Rainstorm Warning is lifted on or before 1:00 PM, delivery services will resume within two hours (i.e., by 3:00 PM).
If it is lifted after 1:00 PM, all deliveries for the day will be suspended.
We will contact affected customers as soon as the weather stabilizes to reschedule delivery. No returns or refunds will be issued due to the delay.
3. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is in effect during business hours, all delivery services will be suspended.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is already in effect before business hours begin, all delivery services will also be suspended and will resume within two hours after the signal is cancelled.
If less than five hours of business time remain upon the cancellation of the signal, all delivery services for the day will remain suspended.
Example:
If the signal is cancelled on or before 1:00 PM, delivery services will resume within two hours (i.e., by 3:00 PM).
If it is cancelled after 1:00 PM, all deliveries for the day will be suspended.
